One test taker found the security check here stricter than airport security: staff looked inside their ears and asked them to roll up their sleeves, which they accepted as fair but found uncomfortable, partly because the examiner was a man and they are a woman. The place was clean and organized, but the computers shut down for about 20 minutes mid test, which left them finishing last, and the examiner stood right behind them during Speaking.

A first time test taker described a rough day here: they could hear other people's headphones during Listening, the examiner was walking around and stepping in and out, new candidates were brought in after the test had started, and the keyboards were loud enough to hear someone typing from the far corner. There were about 10 to 15 people seated almost side by side. They felt the conditions, not the test itself, were the hard part.

A test taker who booked a Sunday 1 p.m. slot rated the centre 9 out of 10. You get a small locker, a security check and a photo before being shown to your seat in a big room with small cubicles, with more than 20 people that day. They hand out two pens and two sheets of paper, a transparent water bottle is allowed, and the seat, monitor, keyboard and mouse were all comfortable. A Logitech headset is provided for Speaking and cleaned after every use, and they suggest keeping it on for the whole test. Speaking was a little noisy but not much. Another commenter in the same thread recommended the centre too.
